Return Policies
Deranged Choppers & Motorsports as always, you have a 100% complete satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy, send it back. We may call you a pussy, but at least you’ll get your money back minus any fee's mentioned below. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply: Shipping is non-refundable* A 25% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear). Returns are accepted only on items that are not custom ordered within 30 day's of purchase. Exchanges are available within 14 days of reciept of merchandise. If orders have to be ordered in to one of our stores or drop shipped to you then shipping costs back to the vender apply along with any other return policy they may charge on top of ours no matter if ordered through the site, email, through a forum or by phone. Any parts installed cannot be refunded or exchanged. In some parts cases once it's opened it cannot be returned or exchanged. All exachanges and returns must obtain a return athorization number. All items shipped out of country (USA) is only tracked through the USPS until it reaches the border and cannot be guaranteed delivered to the customer due to customs. We will work with you to find the items but cannot ultimately be responsible for arrival and no monies will be refunded as we cannot prove you didn't recieve it. Best is to ship to a US address (friend) and ship it to you. Any shipping costs over what was charged at checkout will be automatically charged to your credit card. If Paypal then product will not ship until all monies have been settled. All Kewl Metal products are store credit for Kewl Metal products only due to their policy. We don't carry alot of their products due to this. Any Items considered a special order or was ordered in to the store by the customer ordering will have a 25% charge and any shipping costs back to the manufacturer deducted from the refund or at our discression will not be allowed to be returned due to being an odd part, size, color etc. and is not easily sold. Examples of this will be "ALL" clothing apparel. Please be advised that some order processing can take upwards of 2-3 weeks and you may want to call if you are in a rush to check current wait times. Their will be no refunds on labor performed by Deranged Choppers or any other company due to a manufacturer's defect or any other reason for that matter. Perform the easy work yourself and get a good sence of pride. No Exceptions! Any items that are returned to us that was originally shipped with "Free Shipping" will have the original shipping charges deducted from the return along with any other fee's mentioned. Under no circumstance will Deranged Choppers be liable for any carbon fiber helmet being sold as a DOT that does not meet the DOT standards and must in turn be taken up with the manufacturer Advanced Carbon Helmets (Headtrip Helmets). All helmet sales are final, no warranty is offered, no exchange, no credit and no refunds. Be sure you do all your homework on the helmets before you purchase.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Deranged Choppers is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. All items will be shipped insured and may require a signature. If shipping costs more than website charged, you will be charged the difference but not more than the cost to ship. Any item or item's with a weight of 35Lbs. or more may be shipped other than USPS and buyer is responsible for difference. Buyer's credit card will be charged difference but not more than total shipping cost. |
